Job summary

Raheja Universal in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee end-to-end project execution from RCC through finishing and handover. You will manage RCC works, including conventional and aluminium formwork systems, and supervise finishing, facade and associated works.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP, QA/QC, planning and other stakeholders to ensure on-time completion according to drawings, specs, and quality standards.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from RCC through finishing and final handover.
• Manage RCC works, including conventional and aluminium formwork systems.
• Oversee finishing works, including internal/external finishes, facade and associated works.
• Drive infrastructure development, external works and softscape activities.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP, QA/QC, planning and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and productivity to ensure timely completion.
• Lead OC preparedness, snagging, rectification, possession and project handover activities.
