Job summary

Raheja Universal is seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-rise commercial developments in Navi Mumbai. You will drive RCC execution, formwork, finishes, and facade coordination while coordinating with MEP, design, QA/QC, and procurement teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership, risk management, and the ability to deliver on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise commercial projects from inception through handover
• Oversee RCC execution including reinforcement, formwork, concreting and structural works
• Apply hands-on knowledge of conventional and aluminium formwork/shuttering systems
• Manage finishing works: internal and external finishes, facade, waterproofing, flooring, painting
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and specialist agencies for facade execution
• Coordinate with MEP, Design, Planning, QA/QC, Procurement and other functions
• Monitor progress against cost, quality, timelines and milestones; take corrective actions
• Manage contractors, consultants and vendors; optimize manpower, materials and resources
• Ensure execution aligns with drawings, specs, quality standards, safety requirements and regulations
• Identify risks, resolve issues and enable timely decisions to avoid delays
• Drive snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning and handover activities
• Provide regular project updates and escalate key issues to senior management

• Oversee RCC execution, including reinforcement, formwork, concreting and structural works.
• Possess strong hands-on knowledge of conventional and aluminium formwork/shuttering systems.
• Manage finishing works including internal and external finishes, facade, waterproofing, flooring, painting and other associated works.
• Oversee facade execution and coordination with consultants, contractors and specialist agencies.
• Coordinate with MEP, Design, Planning, QA/QC, Procurement and other project functions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress against approved cost, quality, timelines and milestones and take corrective action wherever required.
• Manage contractors, consultants and vendors and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials and resources.
• Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and statutory regulations.
• Identify project risks, resolve execution-related issues and ensure timely decision-making to avoid delays.
• Drive snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, completion and project handover/possession activities.
• Ensure effective coordination during the final stages of the project, including handover documentation and closure.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports and key issue escalations to senior management.
