Job summary

Gaurs is seeking a seasoned structural lead to drive execution of structural works for high-rise residential, commercial and township projects from foundation to superstructure. You will plan, coordinate, monitor RCC, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting activities according to approved drawings and schedules.

You will ensure safety, quality and cost targets, coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, MEP, Billing & Contracts, Procurement and Design teams, track progress, review methods, resolve

Qualifications

• Experience leading RCC, formwork, reinforcement, concreting in high-rise projects.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor structural activities per drawings and schedules.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of structural works for high-rise residential, commercial, and township projects from foundation to superstructure completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor RCC works, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and structural activities as per approved drawings and project schedules.
• Ensure timely achievement of project milestones while maintaining quality, safety, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, MEP, Billing & Contracts, Procurement, and Design teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, material consumption, and equipment utilization to maximize productivity.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve construction targets.
• Prepare project MIS reports, progress updates, manpower reports, and management presentations.
• Lead project handover activities and ensure completion of all structural works within approved timelines.

• Ensure timely achievement of project milestones while maintaining quality, safety, and budget requirements.

• Review construction methodologies, work sequences, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, IS codes, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve construction targets.
• Verify work measurements, billing progress, material reconciliation, and project cost control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress review meetings, and coordination meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and execution-related challenges to ensure uninterrupted construction activities.
• Prepare project MIS reports, progress updates, manpower reports, and management presentations.
• Lead project handover activities and ensure completion of all structural works within approved timelines.
