Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily, weekly and monthly project activities.
• Ensure execution per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
• Verify site measurements, work completion and contractor work for billing.
• Coordinate with Billing Engineer for quantities, measurements, progress and certification.
• Conduct regular site review meetings with contractors and internal teams.
• Identify delays, cost overruns, quality issues and execution risks.
• Ensure site checklists for all disciplines are implemented.
• Verify and sign measurement sheets and work completion certificates.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Site Engineers, Store, Contractors and CRM for smooth execution.
• Support CRM team during pre-handover inspections and snag closure.
• Maintain effective coordination between all stakeholders for smooth execution.

• Ensure structural, finishing, MEP/services, and other relevant site checklists are properly implemented.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, Site Engineers, Store, Contractors, and CRM for smooth project execution.
• Support the CRM team during pre-handover inspections and snag closure.
• Maintain effective coordination between all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
