Job summary

The Computers India is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering professional to drive multiple construction projects in Bhagalpur. You will oversee end-to-end activities from excavation to finishing, coordinating with clients and stakeholders while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have a B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 9–15 years of construction experience; a Construction Management qualification is a plus, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 9 to 15 years of experience in construction.
• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Foundational knowledge of MEP services coordination and integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute overall projects according to Master Schedule and develop micro-schedules.
• Manage end-to-end construction activities from excavation to final handover.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Execution of overall projects according to the given Master Schedule and develop their micro schedule based on work plans.

Manage end-to-end construction activities from excavation/foundation to finishing and final handover.

Possess detailed technical knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concrete, masonry and finishing activities.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Review and monitor overall project progress against planned schedules.

Prepare day-to-day project progress and next day planning by reviewing drawings, BOQs, estimates, contracts.

Present project progress reports and updates to HO & clients.

Delegate tasks and review all construction activities

Ensure proper activity sequencing and effective coordination with all stake holder/agencies.

Managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and cost-saving.

Executing & ensuring timely completion with safety & Quality standards and managing potential delays.

Prepare and finalization of billing and work certification from client and Prepare Rate Analysis based on market rates, SOR, project specifications for extra items.

Required Experience & Skills

B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 9 to 15 years of experience in construction industry.

Degree/Diploma in Construction Management will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
