Job summary

Gaurs invites an experienced project leader to oversee large-scale development projects in Greater Noida and surrounding areas. You will drive execution from initiation through handover, coordinating diverse teams and ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Design, MEP, QA/QC, procurement, and commercial teams, monitor budgets and schedules, and implement value engineering to enhance quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, and township projects.
• Oversee RCC, structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Coordinate EPC, PMC, PPC, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, productivity, and resource usage with Planning.
• Review methods, sequences, and strategies to optimize performance.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and progress reports for senior management.

Job description

• Lead and manage execution of high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, and township projects from project initiation to handover.
• Oversee civil construction activities including RCC, structural works, finishing works, infrastructure development, and external development works.
• Coordinate and manage EPC, PMC, PPC, Consultants, Contractors, and Subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, productivity, and resource utilization in coordination with Planning and Project Control teams.
• Review construction methodologies, work sequences, and execution strategies to optimize project performance.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, billing progress, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
• Coordinate with Design, MEP, QA/QC, Contracts, Procurement, and Commercial teams for smooth project execution.
• Review contractor performance, work progress, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization across project sites.
• Ensure timely closure of technical issues, site challenges, and coordination matters affecting project progress.
• Verify project measurements, material reconciliations, deviation statements, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, and management inspections to monitor project health and risk factors.
• Prepare project MIS reports, dashboards, progress reports, and presentations for senior management review.
• Drive value engineering initiatives, process improvements, and adoption of best construction practices.
• Lead project teams and ensure achievement of quality, timeline, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives.
