Job summary

Lupin in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a project engineer to oversee electro-mechanical installation, HVAC, clean room partitions, and utilities, ensuring timely execution and quality.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare tenders and cost comparisons, monitor budgets, and ensure validation documentation is completed on time. The role demands adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory standards across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Hands on execution for electro-mechanical work, clean room partitions, HVAC, clean utilities and related systems.
• Monitor and control project costing/budget.
• Prepare and ensure project schedule including execution, commissioning and validation.
• Ensure statutory & regulatory compliances for the project.
• Site safety, GMP, aesthetics of plant, HR & Admin compliances.
• Prepare the layouts for project.
• Co-ordination with all internal & external stakeholders for overall project activities.
• Prepare tenders, float the enquiry & prepare comparatives for mechanical, electrical, insulation and tenders.
• Ensure timely completion of validation documents.
• Follow-up material/equipment deliveries.
• Ensure the timely GR preparation, invoicing of the vendors.
• Send enquiries for equipment and prepare comparatives.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting Manager.
