Job summary

Greenleaf Envirotech is seeking a Project Leader to drive end-to-end EPC project execution across India. You will manage scope, time, quality and budget, develop execution strategies for complex projects, and steer cross‑functional teams to deliver value to customers.

• Review project recovery plans wherever delays occur.
• Manage multiple projects across India.
• Conduct periodic site visits.
• Review project health and execution status.
• Resolve critical project bottlenecks.
• Act as the primary escalation point for key clients.
• Attend review meetings with customers.
• Resolve contractual and execution issues.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Monitor project budgets and cash flow.
• Review project profitability.
• Control project costs.
• Approve project expenditure within authority limits.
• Monitor billing and payment collections with commercial teams.
