Job summary

Optimum Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex PM initiatives in Wealth Management. The role requires deep knowledge of APIs, system integration, and microservices, with experience across Agile and Waterfall methods.

You will manage onsite/offshore teams, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and vendors while driving delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management roles in wealth management.
• Proven track record as Technical Project Manager / Program Manager / Delivery Manager.
• Strong understanding of wealth management processes and investment products.
• Experience with APIs, system integration, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with offshore and onsite delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex PM/PMO initiatives within wealth management applications.
• Coordinate API integrations, system interfaces, and microservice deployments.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Ensure delivery milestones are met with quality and compliance in mind.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Role & responsibilities

10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within Wealth Management.

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Program Manager / Delivery Manager
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management processes and investment products
• Good knowledge of APIs, system integration, microservices, and enterprise architecture
• Experience working with platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth, GTN, Wealth Spectrum, or similar is preferred
• Strong Agile/Waterfall project management experience
• Excellent stakeholder, risk, dependency, vendor, and team management skills
• Experience working with onsite/offshore teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
