Job summary

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9-12 years of overall experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Program Management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and proactively drive resolutions.
• Experience in tracking project/program milestones and managing dependencies.
• Expertise in preparing and presenting status reports, governance decks, and executive updates.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domain is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
