Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery in the Wealth & Investment domain for UK shift operations. You will engage with banking and financial services clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve governance and regulatory alignment.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong knowledge of wealth/investment products, and proven Agile delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience in Wealth & Investment domain.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end project delivery within Wealth & Investment domain.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and product teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates, governance reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, regulatory standards in wealth/investment domain.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in the Wealth & Investment domain.
• Strong understanding of wealth / investment products
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple product teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Key Competencies

• Professional certifications such asPMP, Prince2, SAFe, or Agile Scrum Master are an added advantage.
