Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP certification highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing software development projects end to end across the full SDLC.
• Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Experience leading Agile Scrum teams as a Scrum Master or delivery lead.
• Strong stakeholder and risk management capability across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of development projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and resourcing across the full SDLC.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams and facilitate ceremonies; coach the team and remove impediments.
• Act as primary contact for customers and stakeholders, translating requirements into solutions.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues with contingency plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, security and compliance standards using JIRA and Confluence.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members and support recruitment.
