Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, invites an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery in the Wealth & Investment services domain for UK Shift (12:30 - 9:30 PM IST). You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets and risk across prominent banking clients.

The role requires 8+ years of Project Management experience in wealth/investment, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record delivering complex programs in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in the Wealth & Investment domain.
• Strong understanding of wealth / investment products.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple product teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.

• Provide regular status updates, governance reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to wealth/investment domain.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder collaboration.

• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple product teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
