Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex BFSI initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of timely delivery across large-scale programs.

You will drive governance, manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory alignment (Basel III, GDPR, GLBA), and report status to senior leadership. Candidates should have 10+ years in PM with BFSI exposure and PMP/PRINCE2 certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years in BFSI projects.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, GDPR, GLBA).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent).
