Job summary

Optimum Solutions is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Wealth Management platform implementation, integration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives in Chennai. You will own delivery plans, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, budgets, and milestones, while overseeing production support and incident management to meet SLAs.

The role requires deep experience in Wealth Management technology, offshore/distributed teams, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery/project management with strong Wealth Management/Private Banking technology exposure.
• Proven experience managing technology delivery and production support for Wealth Management platforms.
• Experience with platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth, Flexcube, TCS-Bancs or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management platform implementation, enhancement, integration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
• Own delivery plans, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, budgets, and milestones.
• Manage production support, service delivery, and incident management, ensuring business-critical issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Lead P1/P2 incidents, RCA, problem management, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Wealth Business, Product, Technology, Operations, QA, Infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery and service continuity.
• Manage integrations across Wealth Management platforms, CRM, KYC, digital onboarding, core banking, market data, OMS/trading, custodians, and reporting systems.
• Drive release, deployment, change management, testing, and production readiness activities.
• Establish delivery and service governance through SLA/KPI tracking, RAID management, incident dashboards, status reporting, and stakeholder reviews.
• Lead offshore/distributed teams and manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Drive platform stability, automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, audit, risk, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery/project management, with strong experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking technology.

• Experience with platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth, Flexcube, TCS-Bancs or similar.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management processes, platform architecture, integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Strong experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, RCA, SLA management, and ITIL processes.
• Experience managing P1/P2 production incidents and business-critical issues.
• Proven experience managing offshore/distributed teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall, risk, dependency, change, release, and delivery management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in large-scale Wealth Management / Private Banking transformation, migration, or platform modernization.
• ITIL / PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification.
• Exposure to cloud, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern integration architecture.
• Experience working with international banks and regulatory environments.
