Optimum Solutions in Pune is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Platform Lead to guide the implementation, enhancement and delivery of Wealth Management platforms. You will translate business requirements into scalable platform and integration solutions and manage integrations across CRM, KYC, digital onboarding, and core banking systems.

• Manage integrations with CRM, KYC, digital onboarding, core banking, market data, OMS/trading, and custodians.
• Drive solutions across client onboarding, portfolio management, investment advisory, trading, rebalancing, corporate actions, and reporting.
• Lead platform upgrades, releases, production issues, and vendor management.
• Provide technical leadership to development, architecture, BA, and implementation teams.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Management Platform Lead to lead the implementation, enhancement, integration and delivery of Wealth Management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of Wealth Management platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform and integration solutions.
• Manage integrations with CRM, KYC, digital onboarding, core banking, market data, OMS/trading, and custodians.
• Drive solutions across client onboarding, portfolio management, investment advisory, trading, rebalancing, corporate actions, and reporting.
• Lead platform upgrades, releases, production issues, and vendor management.
• Provide technical leadership to development, architecture, BA, and implementation teams.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management Banking technology.
• Experience with Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth Management, GTN, Wealth Spectrum, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management and Investment Advisory processes.
• Exposure with APIs, microservices, system integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, equities, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or Asset Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, security standards, and wealth-management compliance requirements.
• Exposure of managing third-party Wealth Management platform vendors and implementation partners.
