Job summary

Rajhans Group of Industries is seeking a proactive Construction Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and site operations for villa and club projects in Maharashtra. You will coordinate resources, ensure safety compliance, and maintain client-facing communication to report progress.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of PM experience in specialized residential projects, with strong leadership and fluency in project management tools like AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years as construction project manager in villas, clubs, bunglows.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Knows AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management software.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines and critical milestones for construction phases.
• Prepare, review, and manage budgets with cost estimates and expense tracking.
• Oversee site operations, supervise staff and subcontractors, coordinate resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations and building codes.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors with progress reports.
• Monitor quality against blueprints and specifications.
• Identify risks and mitigate potential delays or issues.

Role & responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules for construction phases.
• Budget Management: Prepare, review, and manage budgets, including cost estimates and tracking expenses to prevent overruns.
• Site Management & Coordination: Oversee daily operations, including supervising staff and subcontractors, and coordinating resources (materials, equipment).
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, providing regular progress reports.
• Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify potential delays or issues and implement mitigation strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
