The role requires strong planning, scheduling, budgeting skills and a track record of delivering complex civil works with strict timelines. Expect hands-on site leadership and cross-functional coordination with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and cost-control abilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute civil construction projects per timelines.
• Manage residential, institutional, and commercial building projects end-to-end.
• Oversee site management, resources, and coordination with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and cost to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and review project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Handle contract administration, budgeting, and material management.
• Lead teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Assess risks and implement corrective actions; coordinate MEP, structural, and finishing teams.

Project Manager Civil Construction

Experienced Civil Project Manager with over 20 years of expertise in planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of multi-storied residential, institutional, and commercial building projects. Holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills in managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning, scheduling, and execution as per project timelines.
• End-to-end management of residential, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
• Site management, resource planning, and coordination with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Monitoring project progress, quality, safety, and cost control to ensure timely completion.
• Preparation and review of project schedules using MS Project/Primavera (if applicable).
• Contract administration, billing, estimation, budgeting, and material management.
• Team leadership, subcontractor management, and workforce supervision.
• Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
• Risk assessment, problem-solving, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordination with MEP, structural, and finishing teams for smooth project execution.
• Conducting progress review meetings and preparing project reports for management.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, project documentation, and construction methodologies.
