Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in real estate project management.
• Proven experience handling large-scale residential developments.
• Experience in mid-rise or high-rise construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end real estate projects (residential).
• Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and cash flows.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, local authority norms, and safety regulations.
• Monitor construction quality, progress, and site execution.
• Manage contract administration, BOQs, change orders, and billing certification.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company SOPs.
• Oversee project handover, snag closure, and documentation.
• Support senior management with MIS reports and dashboards.
