Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee window façade projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and resolve project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities.
• Track project costs, variations, and billing milestones.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth project handover and documentation closure.
