• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and site installation procedures, including equipment, timelines, and their impact on costs.
• Advanced skills in material selection with a deep understanding of lifecycle processes from estimation to handover.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in estimation tools/software like AutoCAD and Excel-based estimation templates.
• Ability to read and interpret complex design, shop, and fabrication drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, mentoring junior team members for consistency and quality.
• Strategic thinker with experience in cost optimization and value engineering without compromising on quality.
• Advanced analytical and negotiation skills to manage vendors, stakeholders, and complex project requirements.
• Ability to prepare and present cost analyses, recommendations, and reports to senior management and clients.
• Expertise in preparing contingency budgets to address unforeseen project challenges.
