Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Architecture; Master’s or PM cert is an advantage.
• 15+ years in facade engineering, project management, planning, execution and client coordination.
• Experience with curtain wall systems, unitized/stick glazing, ACP cladding and related façade elements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end façade project execution from design coordination to handover.
• Plan, monitor, and control schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings, material specs, and design documents.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage façade contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for timely execution.
• Prepare reports, risk assessments and management presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and project teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Senior Project Manager Faade to lead and manage faade execution for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in faade engineering, project management, planning, execution, quality control, and client coordination. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end faade project execution from design coordination to project handover.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review faade shop drawings, material specifications, structural calculations, and design documents.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
• Supervise installation of curtain walls, glazing systems, ACP cladding, aluminium systems, stone cladding, unitized faades, and other faade elements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Manage faade contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project standards.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, risk assessments, and management presentations.
• Resolve technical issues arising during execution and coordinate design modifications when required.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
• Drive cost optimization without compromising quality and performance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project teams.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of faade systems and construction methodologies.
• Expertise in Curtain Wall Systems, Unitized Faades, Semi-Unitized Systems, Stick Glazing, ACP Cladding, Stone Cladding, Aluminium Doors & Windows.
