Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Project Head in Ahmedabad to lead end-to-end facade projects from design to handover. You will oversee planning, budgets, timelines, and resource management, coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

The role requires 15–20 years in infrastructure/facade projects with strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing, and unitized facades. On-site leadership and a results-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Civil is required.
• 15–20 years of experience in infrastructure/facade projects.
• Knowledge of facade and building envelope systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facade projects from design to handover.
• Plan, execute, monitor timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Oversee façade engineering, shop drawings, submissions, and design coordination.
• Manage procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site installation.

• Resolve technical/design/site execution issues and ensure quality.

Position: Project Head

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industries: Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facade projects from design to final handover.
• Manage project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, manpower, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, structural engineers, vendors, and site teams.
• Oversee facade engineering, shop drawings, technical submissions, and design coordination.
• Manage procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site installation activities.
• Handle curtain wall, glazing, aluminium/ACP cladding, unitized facade, and structural glazing works.
• Resolve technical, design, fabrication, and site execution issues.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Manage project documentation, MIS, billing, variations, and final handover.
• Lead and guide project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Ensure effective coordination between factory and site execution teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle project-related negotiations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of facade and building envelope systems.
• Experience in curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and unitized facade.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Good knowledge of drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
