Job summary

Head Hunters is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Pune to lead planning, coordination and execution of multiple projects, from award to handover. You will manage engineering, procurement, production, logistics, installation, billing and client communication.

The role requires 10–14 years in façade, glazing, aluminium systems or related fields, with exposure to projects above ₹1 crore. Strong leadership and client management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in faade, glazing, aluminium systems, structural steel or related construction projects.
• Experience independently handling projects valued above ₹1 crore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project execution plans.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase and Site teams.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Conduct review meetings with clients and consultants.
• Resolve execution issues proactively.
• Monitor quality, safety and productivity.
• Ensure milestone billing and collections are achieved.
• Submit weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Purpose of the Role

To lead the planning, coordination and successful execution of multiple projects from award of contract until final handover by managing engineering, procurement, production, logistics, installation, billing and client communication.

Desired Qualification

• B.E. / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Desired Experience

• 10-14 years in faade, glazing, aluminium systems, structural steel, construction or architectural projects.
• Experience in independently handling projects valued above 1 crore will be preferred.
