Job summary

Indrajit Alusol in Bhopal is seeking a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee execution and installation of architectural aluminium and glazing systems at project sites, focusing on large faade, glazing and architectural aluminium projects.

You will coordinate site activities, manpower, materials and execution to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• 15 years of relevant site experience preferred.
• Experience in facade, glazing, curtain wall, aluminium systems, windows & doors, or architectural building-envelope projects is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read and understand drawings.
• Good knowledge of site measurements, levels and alignment.
• Ability to manage manpower and coordinate multiple site activities.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution and installation activities.
• Oversee installation of aluminium faades, structural glazing, curtain walls, aluminium windows and doors.
• Read and understand architectural, structural and fabrication drawings.
• Verify site measurements, dimensions, levels and alignments.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, contractors and other agencies at site.
• Manage and coordinate installation teams, labour and subcontractors.
• Plan daily site activities and monitor progress against project timelines.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and company quality standards.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries and movement at site.
• Maintain daily site reports, measurements, progress updates and other project documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, rectification and final handover.
• Ensure proper safety practices, discipline and housekeeping at the project site.
• Prepare and verify bills based on site measurements and completed work.
