Key Responsibilities

• Manage site execution, resource planning, and subcontractor coordination.

• Monitor project costs and approve bills, materials and work schedules.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high‑rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and cost control.
• Familiarity with MS Project, and Microsoft Office. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Knowledge of construction contracts and project documentation. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
