Job summary

Skillventory in Mumbai, India seeks a seasoned PMO/Project Manager to lead governance and delivery of system initiatives. You will gather business needs, author BRDs, maintain process flows, and ensure projects follow PMO standards and budget constraints.

Your role includes tracking risks, managing changes and dependencies, and delivering regular MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to gather and translate business needs into PMO and system requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, project charters, process flows, change requests and other documentation.
• Ensure projects follow PMO methodologies, review gates, quality standards, timelines and budgets.
• Track and manage risk, issues, changes, and dependencies across lifecycles.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, executive summaries, MIS and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Use Power BI, JIRA, Confluence and internal reporting systems to monitor performance and provide insights.
• Create test plans, test scenarios and UAT scripts; conduct functional/regression/integration testing.
• Monitor production issues; coordinate resolutions and ensure timely closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure integrations and SLAs.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and controls, including RBI and KYC compliance.

• Project Governance: Ensure projects follow defined PMO methodologies, review gates, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and scope.
