Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management and operations, with a solid grasp of Waterfall and Agile delivery, budgeting and cost control, and governance. The candidate should have 3–6 years of PM experience and hold BE/BTech or BBA, with hands-on skills in project finance management, reporting insights, and stakeholder management.

Willingness to travel to client sites 3–4 days a week and relocate to Bangalore if needed.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of project management experience.
• BE/BTech or BBA is required.
• Experience in project finance management, governance and reporting insights.
• Good understanding of SDLC phases and deliverables.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, accruals and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Should not have administrative PMO experience like purely resource/Account management.
• PM certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools (ADO, Monday.com, Jira, MPP, Clarity).
• Experience in Power-BI reporting, ServiceNow-ITBM tooling, Vendor Management, SharePoint is preferred.
• Experience in the Energy sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain quality data.

• Produce project reports and ensure that status reporting is fit for purpose and communicated effectively.
• Maintain change logs.
• Drive contingency management, control project costs and schedule, monitor project risks, resources, and scope.

Key skills required

• Must have 3 to 6 years experience in the project management
• Must have BE/BTech or BBA
• Must have experience in Project finance management, project governance and quality management, reporting insights analysis, stakeholder management
• Must have good understanding on SDLC phases and deliverables.
• Must have prior working experience in Project Financials, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Management, Accruals and Variance Analysis.
• Must have Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Should not have administrative PMO experience like purely resource management, account management
• Project Management certification is preferred
• Hands on experience on any project management tool is preferred example: ADO, Monday.com Jira, MPP, Clarity etc.
• Experience in Power-BI reporting, ServiceNow-ITBM tooling, Vendor Management, Information Management (SharePoint) is preferred
• Experience in Energy sector is preferred

Other Requirements:

• Base location should be Bangalore, or candidate should be willing to relocate to Bangalore
• Must travel to client office for 3-4 days in a week
