Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Chennai is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide program support to a team of managers and to act as a liaison with the organization’s PMO.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop winning solutions, manage program changes, issues and resolutions, and drive quality collaboration and communication globally across projects.

Qualifications

• Good hands-on experience in project management.
• Proficiency in project management principle and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the use of the various tools to aid project management.
• Ability to put theory in practice.
• Ability to break thru complex issue and providing clarity during chaos.
• Strong interpersonal, management discipline and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting up tools and standards for managing the program
• Planning, tracking and reporting on outputs and outcomes of project tasks
• Information management, Financial planning, Cross-project interdependency management for a program and tracking
• Planning and executing communication plans to stakeholders
• Setting quality control standards and tracking implementation
• Setting, monitoring, tracking change control procedures
• Strategic overview and reporting on all programs for a given portfolio to senior management
• In-house consultancy to project managers
• Providing training to new junior project managers
• Auditing and health checks on projects

Role - PMO Analyst

The project management office - The PMO act as -program support to a team of individual managers and dotted integration with the organization-s permanent project management office.

Client''s business problem to solve- Experience in handling critical business issues- Identify, initiate, drive strategy collaborate with stakeholders to develop winning solutions- Working with the delivery/program manager and internal team members on program changes, issues and problem resolution- Project Principles - Estimation Management, Project Effort Planning, RAID logs- Serve as liaison between the practice team for solutioning to acceptance criteria with stakeholders- Good communication skills with ability to drive high quality collaboration, communication globally
