Qualifications

• Experience in civil infrastructure project leadership.
• Strong understanding of project planning, billing, and execution management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete project execution from commencement to handover.
• Plan project schedules, resources, budgets, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
• Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, billing, and project documentation.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.

• Ensure timely procurement and efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
• Control project costs and monitor productivity
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management
• Resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution
