Qualifications

• Experience in civil infrastructure project management.
• Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and billing.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete project execution from start to handover.
• Plan project schedules, resources, budgets, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
• Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors and support staff.
• Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, billing and documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement and efficient utilization of resources.
• Control project costs and monitor productivity.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges for smooth execution.
