• Prepare project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely progress as per plan.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Conduct project progress meetings and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays/cost overruns.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and contract administration
• Mentor and guide site engineers and project teams.
