Job summary

Nectere Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, procurement, execution, QA/QC, and safety to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Applicants should have 7–8 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure sectors, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of proven experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, QA/QC, and safety teams.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; ensure adherence.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Drive HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols at project sites.
