Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, PM, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, planning and cost control.
• Ability to read drawings, specs and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of construction regulations and health and safety.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
