The ideal candidate has a BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering and 8–15 years of hands-on experience in project management and site execution, with strong BOQ, billing knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage civil construction, renovation, and redevelopment projects.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship.
• Control project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Review BOQs, drawings, estimates, and contractor bills.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Identify project risks and take corrective action.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
• Submit MIS and project progress reports to management.
