Job summary

Pavilions And Interiors (india) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution for interior, retail, and residential projects. The role requires strong on-site ownership, vendor coordination, and ensuring quality and timelines across all phases.

Location is Sector 90, Noida. 8-14 years of experience preferred. You will manage MEP/HVAC coordination, BOM/BOQ, and ensure seamless handovers with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-14 years of project management experience.
• Experience with interior, retail and residential project types is preferred.
• On-site ownership with strong coordination across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution across interior, retail, and residential projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee interior and retail fitout from concept to handover, ensuring design intent and finish quality.
• Manage residential projects with client alignment, scope control and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate MEP and HVAC works with subcontractors for seamless integration with fitout activities.
• Supervise painting and flooring execution ensuring proper material application and surface prep.
• Prepare and review BOM & BOQ for accurate material takeoffs, cost estimation, and procurement alignment.
• Enforce material quality control from vendor supply to on-site delivery and installation.
• Drive site management and daily coordination to resolve on-ground challenges and keep projects on track.
• Lead multi-disciplinary site teams and allocate responsibilities to maintain productivity and accountability.
• Handle vendor management and coordination, including sourcing, negotiating, scheduling, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Project Planning & Execution across interior, retail, and residential projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
• Oversee Interior Fitout and Retail Fitout projects from concept stage to final handover, maintaining design intent and finish quality throughout
• Manage Residential Projects with close attention to client expectations, scope control, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate MEP and HVAC works, liaising with specialist subcontractors to ensure seamless integration with fitout activities
• Supervise Painting & Flooring execution, ensuring correct material application, surface preparation, and finish standards on site
• Prepare and review BOM & BOQ, ensuring accurate material takeoffs, cost estimation, and procurement alignment
• Enforce Material Quality Control at every stage from vendor supply to on-site delivery and installation
• Drive Site Management and day-to-day Site Coordination, resolving on-ground challenges proactively to keep projects on track
• Lead Team Management across multi-disciplinary site teams, allocating responsibilities and maintaining productivity and accountability
• Handle Vendor Management & Coordination sourcing, negotiating, scheduling, and monitoring vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle
