Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and handover of interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and construction programs; manage labor, materials, and equipment across sites.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and vendors; negotiate with contractors and track subcontractor performance.
• Monitor expenditures, assist in cost reporting to prevent overruns; ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify bottlenecks or design issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be the central pivot for project delivery, steering everything from planning and budgeting to site coordination and client management. While the 1 to 3 years experience range welcomes high-potential junior managers or experienced engineers ready to step into leadership, the ideal candidate must demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, technical awareness of interior fit-outs, and a firm grip on project lifecycles. Also, Must be fluent in Local Language (Tamil/Kannada), English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and successful handover of commercial interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Scheduling & Resource Planning:

• Develop detailed project schedules, milestone trackers, and master construction programs.
• Allocate and manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently across multiple sites.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and vendors.
• Manage contractors, negotiate pricing, and track subcontractor performance.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

• Monitor project expenditures, track billing milestones, and assist in preparing cost reports to prevent budget overruns.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Enforce strict quality control standards and ensure adherence to local safety regulations and site housekeeping norms.

Risk & Problem Management:

• Proactively identify bottlenecks, design discrepancies, or delays, implementing immediate corrective actions.
