Job summary

Bhramari Electricals is seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager to lead interior projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate site teams, designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

The role requires strong experience in residential/commercial fit-out projects, excellent knowledge of interior construction, and robust skills in planning, costing, and client communication.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in interior project management and site execution.
• Strong experience in residential/commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, interior, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
• Strong understanding of BOQ, estimation, measurements, costing, and billing.
• Excellent team management, vendor coordination, and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior projects from planning to final handover.
• Plan project schedules, timelines, resources, and execution strategies.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate all interior works including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project specifications.
• Monitor material procurement, deliveries, and site inventory.
• Identify and resolve site and execution issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
• Ensure projects delivered within approved budget and agreed timeline.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and requirements to clients and management.
• Manage project handover, snagging, rectification, and final completion.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
