Job summary

Pavilions and Interiors in India is seeking a Site/Project Manager to lead end-to-end interior, retail and residential projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality benchmarks.

You will coordinate MEP/HVAC, painting, flooring, BOM/BOQ reviews, vendor management and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on-site excellence. This role requires hands-on leadership with a focus on quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing interior fitout, retail fitout and residential projects.
• Proven ability to drive projects from concept to handover with quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning & execution across interior, retail, and residential projects.
• Oversee interior fitout and retail fitout from concept to handover, maintaining design intent and finish quality.
• Manage residential projects with client expectations, scope control and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate MEP and HVAC works with subcontractors for seamless integration with fitout activities.
• Supervise painting and flooring execution, ensuring correct material application and finish.
• Prepare and review BOM & BOQ, ensuring accurate material takeoffs and procurement alignment.
• Enforce material quality control from vendor supply to on-site delivery and installation.
• Drive site management and day-to-day site coordination to keep projects on track.
• Lead team management across multi-disciplinary site teams and allocate responsibilities.
• Handle vendor management & coordination: sourcing, negotiating, scheduling, and monitoring vendor performance.

• Oversee Interior Fitout and Retail Fitout projects from concept stage to final handover, maintaining design intent and finish quality throughout
• Manage Residential Projects with close attention to client expectations, scope control, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate MEP and HVAC works, liaising with specialist subcontractors to ensure seamless integration with fitout activities
• Supervise Painting & Flooring execution, ensuring correct material application, surface preparation, and finish standards on site
• Prepare and review BOM & BOQ, ensuring accurate material takeoffs, cost estimation, and procurement alignment
• Enforce Material Quality Control at every stage from vendor supply to on-site delivery and installation
• Drive Site Management and day-to-day Site Coordination, resolving on-ground challenges proactively to keep projects on track
• Lead Team Management across multi-disciplinary site teams, allocating responsibilities and maintaining productivity and accountability
• Handle Vendor Management & Coordination sourcing, negotiating, scheduling, and monitoring vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle
