Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to oversee end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization to handover. You will manage client coordination, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, site progress monitoring, reporting, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Prior experience in corporate offices, retail, or hospitality fit-outs is required; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Eng, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization through final handover.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and project resources.
• Monitor site progress against drawings and specs.
• Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate with procurement for material availability and delivery.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality standards and EHS guidelines are maintained.
• Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, measurements, and project costs.
• Coordinate design changes and resolve site execution issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Ensure smooth project handover, closure, and final documentation.
• Project exposure: corporate offices, retail, hospitality, or institutional projects, 2–25+ Cr.
