Job summary

Studiokon Ventures is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-out projects in Delhi from planning through handover. You will drive site execution, coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams, and manage client and stakeholder expectations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a strong leadership style, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of experience only in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of site execution, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale turnkey projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead multiple commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project budgets
• Drive site execution strategies and resolve on-ground challenges proactively

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless delivery
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates

Planning & Coordination

• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution roadmaps
• Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where required
• Ensure alignment between drawings, BOQs, and site execution

Cost & Vendor Management

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives
• Manage vendor finalization, negotiations, and performance tracking
• Ensure efficient material planning and utilization at site

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and company SOPs
• Conduct regular audits and inspections at project sites
