Job summary

Pune Construction Llp is seeking a site execution professional to oversee civil construction work from start to finish in Pune District. The role requires coordinating with architects, consultants and management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.

The candidate will lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors and labour, review drawings and BOQs, monitor progress, and enforce safety rules across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for site execution and construction activities from start to completion.
• Plan, supervise and monitor civil construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, subcontractors and labour teams.
• Ensure work is completed within the approved timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants and project management teams.
• Check and approve workmanship, materials and construction quality at site.
• Review BOQ, drawings, quantities, measurements and contractor bills.
• Monitor material requirements, procurement and site inventory to avoid delays.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, statutory requirements and construction standards.
• Manage project schedules and take corrective action to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with management regarding project progress, costs, delays and critical issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of site records, measurements, drawings and approvals.
• Lead the team and maintain effective communication between management and site operations.
