Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a Site Engineer to execute construction work per approved drawings and site instructions in Mumbai. You will monitor progress, coordinate among contractors, labor, and project management, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires reading technical drawings and BOQs, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities. You will prepare progress reports and assist in on-site troubleshooting, liaising with consultants and architects for approvals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site-specific tools.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards.
