The role emphasizes safety, meticulous documentation, and timely completion, with strong emphasis on coordinating multiple teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential building construction and civil engineering works.
• Strong understanding of structural and finishing activities.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and suppliers simultaneously.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, measurements, and specs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to deliver projects on time with quality and safety.
