Job summary

KPN Promoters in Chennai is seeking a civil site execution lead to manage and monitor project progress, ensure adherence to drawings and standards, and supervise multiple technical teams on site.

The role requires coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors while ensuring timely completion, cost control, and defect rectification to deliver a successful handover.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor overall civil project execution as per schedule.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Supervise Site Engineers, contractors, and technical teams.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Review drawings, BOQs, quantities, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors.
• Monitor material usage, wastage, and project cost control.
• Identify technical issues, delays, and site challenges and provide solutions.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly site progress and submit reports to management.
• Ensure timely completion, snag clearance, and successful project handover.
