Job summary

Panache De Interiors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee real estate construction and interior development projects from initiation to completion. You will plan schedules, budgets, and milestones, coordinating with architects, contractors, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, procurement, safety, costs, documentation, and handover, with regular site inspections and progress reporting to stakeholders.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor real estate construction and development projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, interior designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor site progress, construction quality, manpower, materials, and work schedules.
• Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure materials and resources are available on time.
• Identify project delays, technical issues, and risks and take corrective actions.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation and performance monitoring.
• Monitor project costs and expenses and ensure work remains within the approved budget.
• Coordinate with clients, management, and other stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality standards at the project site.
• Review and manage BOQs, quotations, work orders, measurements, and contractor bills.
• Handle project-related changes, variations, and additional work after obtaining required approvals.
• Ensure proper handover, snagging, rectification, and project closure upon completion.
• Maintain complete project documentation, including drawings, reports, approvals, schedules, and completion records.
