Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects involving modular furniture, fixed furniture, tiles flooring, ceiling, glass partitions, electrical work, and more. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality finishes
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to BOQ specifications
• Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Verify measurements with third-party agencies and ensure accuracy
• Review and finalize subcontractor bills, manage client payments, and follow up on outstanding amounts
• Ensure proper finishing and quality control, adhering to project specifications
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial interior industry
• Proven experience with modular furniture, fixed furniture, tiles flooring, ceiling, glass partitions, electrical work, and other relevant areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and make decisions that drive project success
