Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise on-site modular furniture assembly and installation activities.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality, alignment, finishing, and workmanship standards.
• Resolve site-level issues related to assembly, measurements, or materials.

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate daily work allocation for installers and technicians.
• Guide and monitor installation teams for productivity and safety.
• Coordinate with factory and logistics teams for material availability.

Project & Client Coordination

• Ensure timely completion of installation as per project schedule.
• Communicate progress updates to project managers and clients.
• Handle basic client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain site reports, installation checklists, and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI or equivalent experience in interiors, furniture, or construction
• 4–8 years experience in furniture manufacturing or home furnishing industry.
• Proven experience in supervising site installation teams

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of modular furniture systems and assembly processes.

Compensation & Benefits
