Role Summary
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site execution of modular and ergonomic furniture projects across PAN India locations. The role ensures timely installation, quality compliance, and smooth coordination between design, production, dispatch, vendors, and client teams. This position requires hands‑on site execution experience, understanding of modular furniture systems, ergonomic standards, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of modular workstations, desks, storage units, ergonomic chairs, partitions, and office furniture.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with design & planning teams for drawing clarifications and revisions.
- Liaise with production and dispatch teams for material planning and timely delivery.
- Share regular site progress updates with project management teams.
- Supervise installers, carpenters, and contract workforce at site.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower and productivity.
- Coordinate with local vendors and installation partners across locations.
- Ensure furniture installation meets company quality standards and ergonomic guidelines.
- Check finishes, fittings, hardware, and alignment during installation.
- Identify and rectify installation issues and punch points before handover.
- Verify site measurements before and during installation.
- Maintain daily site reports, material usage records, and installation status.
- Report site constraints, delays, or risks proactively.
- Ensure basic safety practices and site discipline are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organized working conditions at site.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of furniture and materials.
- Coordinate with client representatives and facility teams at site.
- Address on-site queries professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support smooth handover and closure of projects.
Required Skills & Technical Competencies
- Experience in modular and ergonomic furniture installation
- Ability to read AutoCAD layouts and furniture drawings
- Knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, fittings, and installation methods
- Strong site coordination and manpower handling skills
- Basic reporting and documentation abilities
- Willingness to travel and work across PAN India project sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant technical background
- Experience in office furniture, modular interiors, or furniture manufacturing companies.
- Exposure to corporate office, commercial, or large-scale interior projects

Compensation
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and site exposure)
