Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in commercial interiors, workplace or retail fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, MEP coordination and site execution.
• Proficiency in budgeting, BOQ preparation, procurement and vendor management.
• Experience with contracts, variations and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, schedules and budgets, and track progress against them
• Manage BOQs, cost control, variations and billing
• Lead procurement, vendor evaluation, tendering and contractor management

• Handle contract administration, change orders and claims
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, snagging and timely handover
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular progress reports
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and allocate site resources effectively
• Identify project risks early and drive solutions to protect cost and timelines

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of commercial interior and retail fit-out projects, from planning and procurement through site execution and client handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of contracts, variations and commercial management
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Strong communication, leadership and client-handling skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites

• Experience with design & build firms, PMC companies or retail rollout projects
